Project Overview

New World is a massively multiplayer online game developed by Amazon Games. Set on the supernatural island of Aeternum, the game blends action combat, territory control, a deep crafting economy, and large-scale PvP warfare. It launched as Amazon's first major game release and has evolved significantly through post-launch updates and the Aeternum expansion.

Role & Responsibilities
  • Prototyped and designed the game intro sequence, onboarding, and initial game flow
  • Pioneered early development in the Amazon Lumberyard engine
